Our Workplace First Aid courses are for groups from a workplace. We tailor these courses to YOUR workplace. If you are an individual after a course that meets OSH requirements, we highly recommend attending an Outdoor First Aid Course. This course will more than meet OSH requirements PLUS provide you with more depth and hands-on application than a 'normal' Workplace First Aid Course.

Frequently Asked Questions - Workplace First Aid

How many qualified First Aiders do we need at work?
Where timely and convenient access to appropriate medical or ambulance services is restricted due to distance or remote location, at least two first aid personnel should be provided for up to each 10 employees.

In offices and retail shops, at least two first aid personnel should be provided where there are up to 50 employees.

In all other places of work, at least two first aid personnel should be provided where there are up to 25 employees.

How many First Aid Kits do we need at work?
An employer should provide one full basic first aid kit in each place of work. Additional supplies may be mobile first aid kits as appropriate to the situation. Where there are more than 50 employees, an two kits should be provided, and for every further 50 employees an additional kit is required.

Where is the course held?
We come to you or use one of our venues (additional cost).

When do we hold these courses?
On consecutive or separate days, times to suit you.
